Mr. Oyekan Olugbenga holds a degree in Banking and Finance as well as an MBA. He is an Associate member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Amnim).

His banking career of over fifteen (15) years spans over various sectors of the economy with responsibilities in areas of Corporate Banking, Export, and Trade Finance. In the last five (5) years of banking career. Gbenga has carved a niche for himself in the capital Market desk of a Bank in Nigerian Economy. He pioneered the establishment of the Capital Market desk of a Bank in Nigeria where he handled various transactions and maintained a robust portfolio in excess of N25.0 Billion (USD $70.0 Million). He left the Banking Industry in April 2012 to start his financial Advisory Services Company; Karpos Capital Limited.

In July 2013, Gbenga stated Karpos Farms Ltd. an integrated Agricultural company which is majority into Animal Husbandry production and processing. Over the years, the company dived into cash crops production. Gbenga is also a Director with interest in Ibom Agricon Ltd. a company which is into rice production.
